Can you change your order once place and received confirmation?
No. If you order the wrong size you will be refunded in full and will need to place a new order if the correct size is still available. This is why it is extremely important to double check prior to checkout. Many items and sizes sell out quickly. So If a mistake is made your correct size may be sold out.
What is your return policy?
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. You are responsible for your own measurements. All Items are measured in inches in exactly the way the charts reflect. We only offer exchanges on a case by case basis for clothing only if inquires are made within five days upon delivery. ALL accessories and handmade items are FINAL SALE. Absolutely no exceptions. Be sure to note sizes and read detailed descriptions prior to purchase. If there is an issue with your order you have 5 days upon delivery date to email your concerns. After the 5 days NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. If an exchange is granted, the purchaser is responsible for all additional fees including shipping and duties fees. If It is altered or damaged in anyway (tags removed, makeup stains ect... ) Absolute no exchange will be accepted.

How do I track my order?

How long will it take until I receive my order?
Once order is placed it will be sent out within five days unless otherwise noted. if it is a custom order please allow between two and five weeks. Please ask prior to you order to see what the estimated time frame is. Do to Covid-19 shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Please check and refer to your tracking number.
